Steps of Crack Free Technology
Sourcing Finest Blocks
We carefully select high-quality marble blocks from renowned quarries worldwide, ensuring only the best raw materials enter our facility.
Mono Dressing Precision
Once imported, the blocks arrive at our gantry, where we use our advanced single-blade mono dresser machine to shape and refine them, preparing them for the next stage.
Vacuum Strengthening
To enhance structural integrity, we subject each block to a specialized vacuum process, increasing its strength and minimizing internal weaknesses.
Precision Cutting German Technology
The strengthened blocks are then cut into fine slabs using our Friend’s Gangsaw Machines, which feature cutting-edge German technology for superior accuracy and efficiency.
Fiber Reinforcement & Epoxy Treatment
Each slab is reinforced with high-quality fiber and undergoes a meticulous resin treatment in our state-of-the-art Resin Plant. This process ensures a uniform epoxy layer, enhancing durability and surface quality.
